WILMA DOLORES WARD

Wilma Dolores Ward was born June 5, 1933 in Creede, CO the daughter of William Humphrey and Emma Helen (Smith) Swinehart. She passed away on Tuesday, August 16, 2022 at her Cortez residence at the age of 89.

Surviving Wilma are her children, Troy Jon Hersch (Lisa) of Waukomis, OK and Trenton Jay Hersch of Stavanger, Norway; by two grandchildren; and her siblings, William E. Swinehart of Canon City, CO and Emma Jean Bethe of Monte Vista, CO.

Wilma was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee Ward; her parents William Humphrey and Emma Helen Swinehart; and her siblings, Mary Eleanor Blackmer and Kenny Swinehart.
