Velma was born May 30, 1928 in Alberta, Canada the daughter of Robert Robin and Marie (Houghland) Hollen. She passed away on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at her Pleasant View residence at the age of 96.
Velma is survived by her children, Anna Lee Hill of Pleasant View, Colo., Carl Ray Ingalsbe (Liz) of Lakewood, Colo., and Clyde Rodger Ingalsbe (Elizabeth) of Apache Junction, Ariz.; by her sister, Bessie White of Pleasant View, Colo.; and by three grandchildren. Velma was preceded in death by her parents; by her daughter, Emma Lee Ingalsbe; and by five siblings.
