THOMAS FOWLER Thomas Fowler was born on May 5, 1930 in McElmo, Colo. the son of Tom and Ruth (Ismay) Fowler. He passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2009 at Mesa View Retirement Home at the age of 78. Thomas is survived by his daughter, Phyllis A. Thomas of Prosser, Wash. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
