ROSALINA MAE TOM

  Funeral services for Rosalina Mae Tom will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 15, 2023 at the Towaoc Recreation Center. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. A wake has been scheduled for Thursday evening starting at 5:00 p.m. at the Spirit of Life Church in Towaoc.

  Rosalina was born May 1, 1965 in Cortez the daughter of Homer Tom and Frances Marie Wall. She passed away on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango at the age of 58.

   Surviving Rosalina are her children, Marcus Tom of Vernal, Utah, Ezekiel Lee of Towaoc, and Latoya Tom of Towaoc; her nine grandchildren; and by her siblings, David Badback of Towaoc, Angela Badback of Towaoc, and Gloria Tom of Towaoc. Rosalina was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband, Rufus Whitehorse; and by her siblings, Ernest House Sr., Vernita Tom, Raynard Tom and Rosella Cuthair.
