Richard "Dick" Rhea, born May 11,1943 in Tucson, Arizona to S.E. and Doris Rhea of Patagonia. Oldest of three brothers Bud and Bob all of Arizona. Wife Cathy of Dolores, Colorado.
Dick and Cathy had 3 children: Dawn Waggoner (Karen), Kim Webster (David), and Charlie (Laura) all of Arizona. He also had 14 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He had many friends in Arizona and Colorado. He was a certified gunsmith, he also taught concealed carry classes. He was a retired Forest Service Ranger, and fire fighter for over 30 years. He worked as a cowboy on many ranches in southern and northern Arizona. In recent years he worked at the fertilizer plant in Yellow Jacket for IFA.
The family is having a small Memorial at Dick and Cathy's home in Dolores, Colorado.
