Phyllis Kay Mollohan

Phyllis Kay Mollohan was born December 14, 1942 in Herford, TX the daughter of Edward Odell and Winnie Rose (Hughes) Ward. She passed away on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at her residence at the age of 76.
Surviving Phyllis are her son, David Epley of Cortez, CO; her grandchildren, Christy Poff of Cortez, CO, Brittony Epley of Aztec, NM, Holly Nourse of Bloomfield, NM, Cole Epley of Aztec, NM and Alexxy Epley of Aztec, NM; three great grandchildren, Maryssa Poff, Quiana Evans and Sophia Nourse; her siblings, Rocky Ward of Cortez, CO, Norma Jean Regan of OK, Rosale Hamilton of Dove Creek, CO, Texigay Young of Cortez, CO, and Joanne Gupton of Denver, CO. Phyllis was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Larry Mollohan; her daughter, Rebecca ‘Becky’ Ross; and her brother, Tex Ward.
