LEONARD LOUIS WESOLOWSKI Graveside inurnment services for Cortez resident Leonard Louis Wesolowski will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 4 at Lebanon Cemetery. Leonard was born on January 7, 1933 in Lemont, Ill. the son of Joseph and Catherine (Jelinski) Wesolowski. He passed away on Thursday, September 25, 2008 at Four Corners Nursing Home in Durango at the age of 75. Surviving Leonard are his wife, Luella Wesolowski of Cortez; his daughter, Shirley Jackson of Cortez; his niece, Mary Wesolowski of Lemont, Ill.; and his nephews, Robert Wesolowski, William Wesolowski, David Wesolowski, Bruce Wesolowski, and Richard Wesolowski, all of Illinois. Leonard was preceded in death by his parents; his siblings, Julie Hammers, Marion Maes, John Wesolowski, Phillip Wesolowski, and Edward Wesolowski; and his nephew, Eugene Wesolowski.
