Lemuel Tsosie

 A viewing for Cortez resident Lemuel Tsosie will be held at Ertel Funeral Home Monday December 16, at 9:00 a.m. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by burial at Cortez cemetery. 

 Lemuel was born on May 25, 1968 in Shiprock, NM. He was the oldest child of Lee & Mary Lou Tsosie Sr. Lemuel passed away on December 8, 2024 in Grand Junction, CO. at the age of 56.

  Surviving Lemuel are his mother Mary Lou Tsosie. Siblings Lee C. Tsosie Jr , LeAndrea Krystal Ben-Yazzie and Corrina Draper, and nephews LeKean Carson Ben-Yazzie and LeKeesin Keyshawn Ben-Yazzie all of Cortez,CO.

Lemuel was preceded in death by his father Lee Tsosie Sr and brother Lewellyn Tsosie.
