HELEN JOISAPHENE "JOY" FRAZIER Funeral services for lifelong area resident Helen Joisaphene "Joy" Frazier will be held at 1 p.m. on Monday, July 30 at Riverside Park in Dolores. A celebration of Joy's life will take place Monday evening at 6 p.m. at her residence, 200 W. Riverside Avenue. Visitation has been scheduled for Sunday afternoon from 3-5 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Joy was born July 15, 1991 in Cortez and she passed away on Friday, July 20, 2012 at the age of 21.
