JERRY LANE TENNITY Jerry Lane Tennity was born June 1, 1986 in Cortez to Tracy Lee Tennity. He passed away at his Cortez home on Monday, December 30, 2013 at the age of 27. Jerry was employed at Shiloh's Steakhouse. He enjoyed skateboarding and spending time with his friends. Jerry's friends knew him as "kid" and he will be missed. Surviving Jerry are his step-father, Robert Fredrick of Cortez; two brothers, William and Steven Fredrick both of Cortez; and close friend, Connie Stuckman of Cortez. He is also survived by Barbara Smith of Dove Creek who Jerry looked to as a grandmother. Preceding Jerry in death was his mother, Tracy Fredrick. Cremation has taken place and no services are being planned at this time.
