Jean Allen was born October 19, 1922 in Las Animas, CO the daughter of Charles Henry and Catharine May (Thomas) Hassinger. She passed away on Monday, June 20, 2022 at the Valley Inn in Mancos, CO at the age of 99.
Surviving Jean are her daughter, Catherine Marie Allen-Lewis of Cortez, CO; her son, Charles Ted Allen of Chicago, IL; and two grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her parents; her spouse, Harry Albert Allen; and her sister, Charlene Hassinger.
