James Russel "Jim" Brown

JAMES RUSSEL “JIM” BROWN James Russel “Jim” Brown was born on February 3, 1938 in Colorado Springs, Colo., the son of William Riley and Dorothy Luella (March) Brown. He passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2007 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Durango at the age of 69. Jim attended schools in the Grand Valley in Western Colorado. He was a heavy equipment operator in the construction industry. Jim loved to spend time hunting and fishing. Surviving Jim are his sister, Lila A. Brown of Cortez; and his niece, Jami D. Brown. He was preceded in death by his parents. Cremation has taken place and no services are planned at this time.
