Gertrude Hanna "Gertie" Sager

GERTRUDE HANNA “GERTIE” SAGER Gertrude Hanna “Gertie” Sager was born on September 13, 1923 in The Dalles, Oreg. to Louis and Irene (Brown) Hanna. She passed away on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 at the Mercy Medical Center in Durango at the age of 81. Gertie is survived by her daughter, Joan Doyle and husband, Chuck of TeecNosPos, Ariz.; her granddaughter, Heather Gilmore of Veronia, Oreg.; her great-grandchildren, Austin Johnson, and Cheyenne Johnson; as well as her brothers, Fred Hanna of Cape Coral, Fla., and Jack Hanna of Southerlin, Oreg. Preceding her in death were her parents; and her husband, Maurice W. Sager. Private memorial services will be held in Gertie’s memory at a later date.
