Graveside Services for Towaoc resident Evan Frank King will be held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2026, at Towaoc Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Monday, March 9, 2026, from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m at Ertel's Memorial Chapel. 

Evan was born December 2, 1992, in Cortez, Colorado, the son of Everett King and La Donna J. King. He passed away on Tuesday, March 3, 2026, at his residence at the age of 33.

His passion in life was bringing people together through food, family, and friendship. Cooking meals for others was more than his job, it was his way of showing love and care. He found great joy in preparing food for everyone and sharing those moments around the table with family and friends. At home, his loyal pug was always by his side, a small companion who brought him comfort and happiness. The simple joys of good food, loved ones, and faithful companionship were what truly filled his heart.

Surviving him are Grandmother Fern Jacket of Towaoc, CO; his siblings, Stuart King, Tonya King, Gracey Jacket, all of Towaoc, CO; and a large extended family and many friends.

Evan was preceded in death by his father Everett King, and mother La Donna King, as well as his brother Bryan King.
