Funeral Services for Towaoc Resident Destiny JeriAnn Whiteman will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Ertel Funeral Home.

Destiny Whiteman was born July 31, 2001 in Shiprock NM to Denise Porambo (Lucy King and Delbert King). She passed away the early morning Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in Towaoc, CO at the young age of 24.

Destiny was a beautiful young mother to her handsome son Zion King whom she loved so much. She was very outgoing. She was courageous, spontaneous and full of life. Her life was taken to soon.

Surviving Destiny is her son Zion King, Mother Denise Porambo; Siblings Wendy Laner (Jimmy Phillips), Franklin Laner (Lori), Kirtis Porambo, Kristena Porambo, Samantha Porambo, Savannah Manning (Lelila), Gabriel Peabody Jr.; Aunts Rita King and Gwen Denetsosie (Garrick); Uncles Delbert King Jr. (Nora)

Destiny was preceded in death by her grandparents Lucy King, Delbert King, Uncles Benard King, Everett King, Ulysses King Aunt Lucia King.
