Deloris Elaine Williams
February 21, 1931 — December 10, 2018
Longtime resident, Deloris (Dody) Elaine Williams passed away at her home in Cortez, on Monday December 10, 2018. She was born February, 21, 1931 to John W. and Elsie Black Gratz in Denver, Colorado. She is survived by her son Mike Jones (Debby) of DeRidder, Louisiana, 3 grandchildren and 6 granddaughters. She is also survived by her companion Jim Kastle of Cortez.
Dody was known for her fabulous ecumene in cooking and ability to provide amazing banquets. She will be remembered for her commitment to her community and the American Legion.
Currently cremation is planned and a memorial graveside service will be held in the summer of 2019.
