David Andreason, age 82, passed away April 7th, 2026, in Blanding, Utah.

He was born August 29th, 1943, in Salt Lake City, Utah. On September 26th, 1964, he married his sweetheart Fern Ann King. Two years later he was drafted into the U.S. Army and served in the Vietnam War. After the war, David continued to work for Nielsons Skanska and retired after working with them for 43 years.

In addition to his parents Lou and Dea, he was preceded in death by a sister LaRue (Max), and two brothers, Rusty (Judy), and Bob (Mary Helen). Surviving in addition to his wife Fern is his son Roger. They have three grandchildren, Tyler (Alyah), Damon, and Alexis (Jeremy), and one great-grandchild Oliana. David and Fern just celebrated 61 years of marriage in September 2025.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 25th at the LDS Church on Empire and Sligo in Cortez, Colorado.
