Cynthia Rochelle “Cindi” Robb (Ritthaler) was born March 3, 1958 in Prescott, AZ the daughter of Norman and Evelena (McPherson) Foster. She passed away on Friday, February 7, 2020 at her residence in Cortez, CO at the age of 61.
Although Cindi lived many places throughout the country during her life’s journey, her traveling compass always brought her back to Cortez. This is the place she called home. After graduating from MCHS in 1976 she attended the Vo-Tech Beauty School and received her certification in cosmetology. She worked as a beautician most all of her life in the different places she lived.
Sis had a very spirited personality, as well as a talent for conversation. She could add light to any conversation. However she was never afraid to give you her opinion on any subject. Being a very passionate person she had the kindest of hearts, the most giving of souls, loved to a fault, and trusted with no limits. She would be the first to offer a helping hand to anyone who needed it. And she was always gracious for the help that she received.
Cindi is survived by her children, Brandon Taft Haile of Midland, TX, Jackson Robb of Norfolk, VA, and Tiffany Haile of Cortez, CO; her brothers, Rodney Ritthaler of Cortez, CO, and Raymond Ritthaler of Cheyenne, WY; and three grandchildren. Cindi was preceded in death by her parents.
There will be a private family ceremony to celebrate Cindi’s life at a later date yet to be determined. To honor my sister I would ask only this: If you know of somebody struggling with addiction or depression reach out to them. If it is you struggling, please reach out for help. If you haven’t told a loved one that you love them recently, tell them now. The simplest gesture goes the furthest.
