Celebration of life for Cortez resident Christopher Donnelly will be held at 1:00 PM on July 31st, 2026 at Ertel Memorial Chapel.

Christopher was born August 24, 1971 in Julesburg, CO. The son of Patrick James Donnelly and Julie Mae Gonzales (Skinner). Christopher passed away on June 25, 2026 at Mercy Hospital in Durango, CO at the age of 54.

Christopher was a long time resident of Cortez. He enjoyed riding his bike, visiting with friends, listening to music, and participating in football pools.

Surviving Christopher is his mother Julie Gonzales (Skinner) of Cortez, CO; his siblings Tina Kibel of Cortez, CO and Melissa Yoakum of Cortez, CO; and two nieces, two nephews, and one great niece.

Christopher was preceded in death by his father Patrick James Donnelly.
