Buffy was born on September 12,1971 in Oregon, the daughter of Kenneth and Anita Rae (Imel) Ward. She passed away on Tuesday, November 1, 2022 at Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 51.
Surviving Buffy are her children, James Miguel Brito (Ashley) of Cortez, CO, Anthony N. Brito of Cortez, CO, Jesse Rogelio Ward of Cortez, CO, and Kevin Imel Ward of Cortez, CO; her siblings Jason Rose or Dolores, CO and Raynell Paredes of Mancos, CO; her step-father Terry Rose of Dolores, CO; and her good friend Rogelio Brito or Cortez, CO.
Buffy was preceded in death by her parents.
