BETTY LEE JOE Funeral services were held for Aneth, Utah resident Betty Lee Joe on Friday, April 6, 2012 at Ertel Funeral Home. Interment was held at Cortez Cemetery. Betty was born on May 10, 1938 in Aneth, Utah to Charlie and Pauline (Chee) Lee. She passed away on April 1, 2012 in Salt Lake City, Utah at the age of 73. Betty loved visiting with her friends and enjoyed nature through her walks. She also enjoyed sewing and cleaning. Surviving Betty are her daughters, Brenda A. Joe of Montezuma Creek, Utah and Lorenda A. Joe of Shiprock, N.M.; her eight grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; and her sisters, Evelyn Lee, Lena J. Jones, and Elsie Lee all of Aneth, Utah and Annie Sullivan of Monument Valley, Utah. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, Charlie and Pauline Lee; and her husband, Willie Joe.
