Armond Charles 'Schmitty' Schmidt

Graveside services for long time Lewis resident Armond “Schmitty” Charles Schmidt will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 9 at the Lewis Cemetery. Pastor Marvin Graves will officiate.
Armond was born in Milroy, MN to Frank Schmidt and Theresa (Stattleman) Schmidt February 18, 1927. He passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital April 3, 2019 at the age of 92.
Armond is survived by his children Joe Schmidt of Lewis, CO., Leroy Schmidt, Eddie Schmidt and Susan Schmidt, all of Santa Paula, CA. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife Doris Mae (Larson) Schmidt.
