Pastor Bob Casias will officiate Anthony Alan Miller-Harper Jr. was born December 18, 2017 in Durango, Colo. the son of Sarah Miller and Anthony Harper. He passed away Monday, December 18, 2017 at Mercy Regional Medical Center. Surviving Anthony are his parents and his brother, Aidan Miller-Harper.
