VICTOR DELANO LIDGREN Memorial services for Dolores resident, Victor Delano Lidgren will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, November 12 at the Baptist Chapel in Cortez. Pastor Ed Hicks will be officiating. Victor was born on August 27, 1943 in Bismarck, N.D. to Alfred and Ella (Beska) Lidgren. He passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2004 at his home in Dolores at the age of 61. On December 20, 1969 in Loveland, Colo., Victor married Pauline Rivera. He was a hard working man, owning and operating his own drywall business. When he wasn't working he enjoyed the entire outdoors especially the mountains. Camping and fishing were also favorite pastimes of Victor's. Surviving Victor are his wife, Pauline Lidgren of Dolores; his children, Yvonne Weinman and husband, Rod of Saratoga, Wyo., Kelly Fawn of Portland, Ore., Veronica Nufer and husband, Robert of Yamhill, Ore., Victor Joe Lidgren of Sterling, Colo., Jerome Lidgren of Cañon City, Colo., Ella Folsom and husband, Ryan of Sioux Falls, S.D., and Sarita Lemons and husband, Jason of San Diego, Calif. He leaves nine grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren; as well as his sister and brother, Marylin Kauffman and husband, Larry of Clackamas, Ore., and Zane Lidgren and wife, Janey of Oregon. Preceding him in death were his parents.
