Verna Lee Happy Freeman

VERNA LEE "HAPPY" FREEMAN Verna Lee "Happy" Freeman was born April 4, 1917 in Amarillo, Tex. the daughter of William I. and Mabel (Thomas) Vance. She passed away on Thursday, May 30, 2013 at her Dolores residence at the age of 96. Surviving Happy are her son, Gary Freeman and wife, Charlotte of Dolores; three grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; her brothers, Bill Vance and Paul Freeman; by her sister-in-law, Betsy Freeman of Portales, N.M.; and by numerous nieces and nephews. Happy was preceded in death by her parents; by her husband Steve F. Freeman and by two brothers.
