Robert Koke Greenlee

ROBERT KOKE GREENLEE Robert Koke Greenlee was born on June 27, 1957 in Denver, Colo., the son of Koke A. and Alice B. (Nelson) Greenlee. Robert passed away on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at the Southwest Memorial Hospital at the age of 50. Robert grew up primarily in the Aurora, Colo. area where he attended Aurora Public schools. He married Marie Vagnone in Aurora in May of 1979 and to this marriage four children were born. The couple later divorced. On November 27, 2004, Robert married Suzanne Kay Hansen in Mountain Home, Ark. Robert “Bob” spent the majority of his life working in the industrial waste cleanup field and was employed in various safety management positions. Surviving Robert are his wife, Suzanne Greenlee of Cortez; his four children, Jason Greenlee of Rohnert Park, Calif., Elizabeth Britton and husband, Adam of Glenburn, Maine and their sons, Austin and Wyatt, Jennifer Greenlee and significant other, Erik of Bangor, Maine and their daughters, Madison and Marie Greenlee, and their soon to be born daughter, and Johnathon Greenlee of Hudson, Maine. Also surviving Robert are his mother, Alice B. (Greenlee) Brooks and husband, Gayle of Gassville, Ark., his brother, Richard Greenlee and wife, Leny of Arlington Heights, Ill.; and his sister, Jeanie (Greenlee) Bard and husband, Edward of Mason City, Iowa. He had numerous nephews, nieces, and cousins who also survive him. Preceding Robert in death were his father, Koke A. Greenlee; and his brother, Jack R. Greenlee both of Aurora, Colo. Cremation has taken place and services will be held at a later date in California. A memorial service will be held in mid-August with his extended family and friends in Glenburn, Maine.
