N.J. "Bill" Salisbury

N. J. "BILL" SALISBURY Memorial services for Cortez resident, N. J. "Bill" Salisbury will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 11 at Victory World Outreach Church. Pastor Jonathan Bland will officiate. Bill was born September 21, 1933 in Viroqua, Wis. the son of Jerauld Guy and Eva (Winger) Salisbury. He passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, July 25, 2007 at the age of 73. On June 15, 1999, Bill married Caron Sue Smith in Yavapai County, Ariz. Bill was a truck driver by trade. He loved the trucks he drove and long hauls. When he wasn�t driving trucks he enjoyed time spent on his Honda Shadow motorcycle. Surviving Bill are his wife, Caron Salisbury of Cortez; his daughter, Debbie Peters of Denver; his grandchildren, Rebecca, Mason, and Jack, all of Denver; and his siblings, Eva Anthony of Billings, Mont., and Harold Salisbury of Cortez. He was preceded in death by his parents. Memorial contributions may be made in Bill's memory to Hospice of Montezuma.
