MARY JANE McEWEN Funeral services for Mary Jane McEwen, a resident of Italy, Texas and a former longtime area resident will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, September 30 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Summit Ridge Cemetery. Mary was born August 20, 1915 in Stonewall County, Texas. She passed away in Texas on September 25, 2006. Surviving Mary are her son, Wayne McEwen of Italy, Tex.; daughter, Patsy Bass of Kimball, S.D.; grandchildren, Donnie Bass, Shirlyn Beasley, Marty McEwen and Russel McEwen; and several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husband, Noel McEwen in 1976.
