Llewellyn Tsosie

Funeral services for Cortez resident Llewellyn Tsosie will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2019 at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery.
Llewellyn was born February 6, 1971 in Shiprock, NM the son of Lee C. and Mary Lou (Willie) Tsosie. He passed away on Monday, September 9, 2019 at St. Mary’s Hospital in Grand Junction, CO at the age of 48.
Surviving Llewellyn are his parents, Lee and Mary Tsosie of Cortez, CO; his spouse, Bonnie Tsosie of Cortez, CO; his step-son, Matias Keams of Cortez, CO; his brothers, Lemuel Tsosie of Cortez, CO, Lee Tsosie Jr. of Cortez, CO, and Wendell Williams of Sweetwater, AZ; and his sisters, Krystal Yazzie (Kee) of Cortez, CO, and Corrina Draper of Cortez, CO. Llewellyn was preceded in death by his son, Julius Tsosie.
