Larry Norman Jenkins

LARRY N. JENKINS Larry N. Jenkins was born on October 9, 1956 in Clarkston, Wash., the son of Ben and Agnes (Rich) Jenkins. He passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at his residence at the age of 50. Larry graduated from Clearwater Valley High School in Kooskia, Idaho in 1975. He obtained an Associates degree in electronics from the College of Eastern Utah. On October 22 1976, Larry wed Tanya Ward in Monticello, Utah. A son, Fred Jenkins, was born to Tanya and Larry on July 29, 1979. Larry loved hunting and fishing, horseback riding, and the outdoors. He will be missed by his family and friends. Surviving Larry are his wife of 30 years, Tanya Jenkins of Cahone, his son, Fred Jenkins and wife, Purina; his mother, Agnes Snyder of Nezperce, Idaho; his grandchildren, Sierra and Tristin; his siblings, Dorothy Jacobs of Spokane, Wash., Frank Jenkins of Kooskia, Idaho, Bertha Jobe of Hot Springs, Mont., Glen Jenkins of Spokane, Wash., James Jenkins of Alaska, and Sam of Nezperce, Idaho; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Fred and Myra Ward; his nephews, Jess and Mark Robertson and Kolton Hadden. A memorial service will be held for Larry at 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 11 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, Empire Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made in Larry's name to Vectra Bank.
