Juanita Rose "Tuttie" Dinae

JUANITA ROSE “TUTTIE” DINAE Funeral services for lifelong Cortez resident, Juanita Rose “Tuttie” Dinae will be held at 10 a.m. on Thursday, March 31 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Interment will be held at the Cortez Cemetery. Brother Don Smith will be officiating. A wake has been scheduled for Wednesday night from 8 p.m. until midnight at the Dinae residence located at 905 Brookside Drive in Cortez. Juanita was born on February 29, 1964 in Farmington, N.M. the daughter of Sam D. and Fern (Lang) Foster. She passed away on Friday, March 25, 2005 at the San Juan Regional Hospital in Farmington. Tuttie was 41 years old. Tuttie had trained to be a cosmetologist and enjoyed it very much. She loved to travel and watch and coach her children in sports. She also enjoyed traveling with her husband to all of the yard sales and flea markets. But staying at home and talking with her family was a favorite pastime. Surviving Tuttie are her husband, Jonathan Dinae of Cortez; her children, Nicole, Traci, Cody, Jowan “Bop” and Jalen “J.J.” Dinae all of Cortez. She leaves her siblings, Gilbert Foster and wife, Roseanne of Shiprock, N.M., Norma Dupree and husband, Fred of Rapid City, S.D., Percy Wing and husband, Orrin of Cortez, B.J. Frost and husband, Harvey of Towaoc, Corrina Willie and husband, Melvin of Phoenix, Ariz., Darlene Whiteman and husband, Darwin of Towaoc, and Philbert Foster and wife, Fritz of Showlow, Ariz. Preceding her in death were her parents; and her brother, Delbert Foster.
