JOYCE ANN SCHUTZ Funeral services for Cortez resident Joyce Ann Schutz will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, March 1 at Ertel Memorial Chapel with Chaplain Rick Gregory officiating. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Joyce was born May 30, 1937 in Blackwell, Okla. the daughter of Herbert and Cecelia Mae (Chapman) Harris. She passed away at her home on Thursday, February 20, 2014 at the age of 76. Surviving Joyce is her husband, John Schutz of Cortez; her daughters, Jody Perry and husband, Brady of LaQuinta, Calif., Christy Kline and husband, Jim of Beaumont, Calif., and Kimmi Ann Rosas and husband, Herman of Cortez; six grandchildren, one great grandchild; and siblings, Richard Harris and wife, Gayle of Carmel, Calif., Larry Harris of Eureka, Calif., and Linda Harris of Indio, Calif. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herbert and Cecelia Harris. Joyce will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
