Johnnie Ray Francisco

Johnnie Ray Francisco was born on August 6, 1956, and departed this life on June 22, 2019, at the Francisco family farm in Summit Ridge.
He leaves behind his mother, Della Francisco, sisters, Kathy Sanchez (Billy), Diana Toms (Mitchell); brother, Micheal (Ruth); sons, Brandee (Roxanne), John (Tlyssa), Micheal Shane (Jarah); and daughter Andrea Francisco. He also leaves behind grandchildren, of whom he was very proud; and dear nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his much loved and loving father, Johnnie Francisco.
Johnnie Ray went to Dolores schools, and helped his dad, Johnnie, in the family trucking business, driving semis for many years. He was good at many things, and willing to put his hand to what needed to be done, whether it be chopping and hauling wood for the winter, pushing snow, irrigating the hay, or keeping up the maintenance on house, shed and garage. He had a big heart and often tried to help others in whom he saw a need. He told wonderful and funny stories. He cared very much for his family, and enjoyed being called “Uncle Johnnie Raider” by his great-nephews.
Johnnie Ray believed in the saving grace of Jesus Christ, and his family are confident that God welcomed him home with loving and open arms. Johnnie Ray, may Light Perpetual shine upon you.
