John Richie Brown

John Richie Brown, age 55, died in Cortez, CO on Saturday, August 1, 2020; born April 16, 1965 in Cheyenne, WY.
John grew up in both Cheyenne and West Des Moines, IA before settling in Arizona where he spent time in Lake Havasu City and Phoenix. He worked many years in the multi-housing and construction industries, as well as the family trading post business in Colorado. John was an avid outdoor and Nascar enthusiast and enjoyed his time fishing most of all.
Surviving John are his wife of 18 years, Emily Hutcheson-Brown; his son (10) John Rhett Brown; and an extended family of in-laws, sisters, brothers, nieces, and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents.
