Joann Anita Deremo

Private graveside services will be held for Dove Creek resident JoAnn Anita Deremo at Dove Creek Cemetery. Due to the current health situation and the mandatory restrictions on public gatherings associated with it, only immediate family will be in attendance.
JoAnn was born October 8, 1933 in Paoli, CO the daughter of Walter and Emma (Finkner) Biesemeier. She passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020 at Mercy Hospice House in Durango, CO at the age of 86.
Surviving JoAnn are her husband, Lawrence H. Deremo of Dove Creek, CO; her children, Lyle Deremo (Ginny Craig) of Durango and Dove Creek, CO, Rick Deremo (Linda) of Dove Creek, CO; her grandchildren, Drey Deremo, Kalen Deremo, Karsten Deremo, Kellie Halper (Tim); her great grandchildren, Reagan Halper, and Sloan Halper; her brother, Quentin Biesemeier of Haxtun, CO; and her nieces and nephews, Nancy and Rob Dee, Connie and Don Reutter, and Brian and Lori Biesemeier. JoAnn was preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Edith Harms; and her niece, Joyce Harms.
