ANDREW JAMES "JIM" HOLSEY Memorial Services for Cortez resident, Andrew James "Jim" Holsey will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 12 at the Ertel Memorial Chapel. Jim was born March 12, 1972 in Holbrook, Ariz. the son of Gary and Kathryn Elaine (Aaron) Holsey. He passed away in Cortez on Friday, February 8, 2008 at the age of 35. During Jim's junior high school days he was the Arizona State Wrestling Champion for his weight division. He loved the outdoors, especially time spent hunting, fishing and camping. Surviving Jim are his daughter, Samantha Mae Jarmillo; his mother, Kathy Strickland of Cortez; sisters, Kim Bronstein and husband, David of Avon Park, Fla., Diana Aaron of Springfield, Mo., Sheila Leonard and Alabama; and brother, Matthew Johnson and Jen of Phoenix, Ariz.; and nieces and nephews, Dawn McVay and husband, Cory of Cortez, Kyle, Rebecca and Blake Bronstein of Avon Park, Fla., and Cody, Sarah and Derek Johnson of Alabama.
