Jerry Wayne Miller was born November 8, 1955 in Durango, Colorado the son of Paul Hanford and Virginia Lois (Leonard) Miller. He passed away on Saturday, September 15, 2018 at the age of 62.
Surviving Jerry are his sons, Kyle Rick Miller and Blake Wayne Miller of Gilbert, AZ; and one grandchild. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his brother, Terry Lynn Miller.
