JAMES EDWIN WILMARTH Graveside inurnment services for former Cortez resident James Edwin Wilmarth will be held at 10 a.m. at the Cortez Cemetery. Jim was born on September 24, 1941 in Cortez and passed away on Saturday, June 17, 2006 in Albuquerque, N.M. Surviving Jim are his wife, Claudette Wilmarth of Santa Fe, N.M., his sons, Jeffery Wilmarth and wife, Diana of Salem, Utah, and Daniel Wilmarth and wife, Pamela of Grand Junction, Colo.; his step-son Michael Lusk and wife, Heather of Albuquerque, N.M.; three granddaughters, Melissa Gonzalez and husband, Isaias and Myah Wilmarth, all of Salem, Utah, and Halee Lusk of Albuquerque, N.M.; his mother Nedra Wilmarth of Albuquerque, N.M.; his brother, Bill Wilmarth and wife, Mary of Green River, Utah; and many other relatives and friends in Montezuma County. He was preceded in death by his father, Elmer Wilmarth; and step-son, Matthew Lusk.
