JACK LEE MILLER Funeral services for Jack Lee Miller will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 20 at the Montelores Baptist Church located at 18735 Road 23.5 (across from Narraguinnep Reservoir). Interment will follow at the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Mancos. Jack Lee Miller, 71 of Cortez, passed away peacefully at home in the arms of his family on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Born to George Bernard and Eva Anna Mae (Yeisley) Miller on October 6, 1943, Jack was the 16th of 17 children. Jack was preceded in death by his parents, Bernie and Evie; brothers, Buddy, Baisle, Russell, Joseph and Tommy; sisters, Elanor, Doris, Betty, Carol, Nada, Nellie and MaryAnn; and a grandson, Brendan. He is survived by his wife of 33 years, Debra; children, Solonnie McMurray and husband, James, Robert Caswell Jr. and wife, Cindy, Phillip Miller and wife, Tina, Stacey Cottrell and husband, Tracy, Melissa Birdsong and husband, Jimmy, and Caina Miller; his beloved mother-in-law, Rose Rich; 15 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren; brothers, Johnny and Mike; sisters, Joan Kirkpatrick and Rosie Miller; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
