Jack Bryan Moore

Jack Bryan Moore was born June 23, 1956 in Greeley, CO the son of Earl Eldon and Glenda Gayle (Howard) Moore. He passed away on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at Vista Grande Inn at the age of 63.
Jack married Carma Fahrion on July 27, 1991 in Cortez, CO. He spent his early days in Meeker, CO, Cedaredge, CO and his later years in the Cortez area.
Surviving Jack are his wife, Carma Moore; his father, Earl (Jack) Moore; his sisters, Lori Morgan and Lezlie Dibsie; his nephew, Jason Radcliff; his niece, Alexis Morgan; and many other relatives, loved ones and friends. Jack was preceded in death by his mother, Gayle Moore; and his niece, Brandy Radcliff.
