Freida C. Caloway

FREIDA C. CALOWAY Memorial services for Dolores resident, Freida C. Caloway will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, April 29 at the Baptist Chapel. Pastor Mark Baker will officiate the services. Freida was born July 11, 1937 in Ashville, N.C. to Veray Austin and Gladys (Hayes) Cogburn. She passed away at her home on Sunday, April 26, 2015. She was 77 years old. Surviving Freida are her beloved husband, James Aaron "Jim" Caloway; children, Cheryl Plemmons of Cortez, David Plemmons and wife, Sharon, of Lynchburg, Tenn., Susan Campbell of Dolores, and Lyn Patrick and husband, Shawn, of Santa Fe, N.M.; stepchildren, Brian Caloway and wife, Donna, of Georgetown, Tex., John Caloway of Spring, Tex., and Carrie Weir and husband, Mark, of Arlington, Tex.; and her sister, Vera Carpenter and husband, Jack, of Arlington, Tenn. Freida was preceded in death by her parents, Veray and Gladys Cogburn.
