DEANNA MARIE "DEE" STIEGELMEYER Funeral services for longtime Cortez resident, Deanna Marie "Dee" Stiegelmeyer will be held at 10 a.m. on Saturday, February 25 at Cortez First Baptist Church with Pastor Vic Powell officiating. Interment will follow at Cortez Cemetery. Visitation has been set for Friday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Ertel Memorial Chapel. Dee was born May 31, 1957 in Hayden, Colo. the daughter of Russell and Ruby (McClain) Hinkle. She passed away at Southwest Memorial Hospital on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at the age of 54. Surviving Dee are her parents, Russell and Ruby Hinkle of Craig, Colo.; her husband, Guy Stiegelmeyer of Cortez; her children, Lesley Peck and husband, Josh of Spearfish, S.D., and Randal Stiegelmeyer of Cortez; her granddaughter, Lily Jane Peck; and her sister, Peggy Pouier of California.
