Funeral services for Charles Ledford will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, February 11 at Summit Ridge Cemetery. Charles Ledford, 61 of Cortez, Colo. died on Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at Black Canyon City, Arizona. Born Monday, December 7, 1942 in Dolores, Colo. Charles was the son of James Ledford and Verna Hampton Ledford Burgess. He was the husband of Lori Carlquist Ledford. Surviving Charles his wife, Lori Ledford of Cortez; sons, James Shane Ledford of Cortez and Christopher Ledford of Cortez; daughters, Brenda Kay (LEDFORD) Wright of Arriola and Stacy Denise (Ledford) Cumpton of Lewellen, Neb.; sisters, Verna Ruth Griffin of Farmington, N.M. and Viola Mae Murdock of Cortez, Colo.; and 3 grandchildren. Charles was predeceased by brother, James H. Ledford.
