Cecil Juilin Maness

Graveside services for Mancos resident Cecil Juilin Maness will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 22, 2019 at Cortez Cemetery. Mr. Royce Herrmann will officiate. Military Honors will be conducted by the Veterans of Montezuma County.
Cecil was born June 30, 1939 in Durango, CO the son of James Clarence and Hattie (Jeffcot) Maness. He passed away on Thursday March 14, 2019 at the Valley Inn at the age of 79.
Surviving Cecil are his son, Carl Maness; his daughter, Corena Maness; his brother, Delbert Maness of Phoenix, AZ; and his sister, Edna Young of Dove Creek, CO. Cecil was preceded in his parents; his brother, Lonnie Maness; and his sister, Darlene Maness.
