Brooke Raechelle Rhodes

BROOKE RAECHELLE RHODES Brooke Raechelle Rhodes was born February 1, 2002 in Cortez the daughter of Christopher James Rhodes and Dalena Lynn Leigh. She passed away on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at the age of 14. Surviving Brooke are her parents, Dalena Erickson (Devan) and Chris Rhodes (Stephanie) all of Cortez; her siblings, Elizabeth Wilson Rhodes, Katie Wilson Rhodes, Natalee Rhodes, Chase Rhodes, Dylan Erickson, and Jase Erickson; by her grandparents, George and Connie Leigh of Cortez, Norman and Susan Jackson of Green Valley, Ariz., Kenneth and Linda Erickson of Dolores, and Cheryl Hershberger of Mancos; along with a large extended family.
