Brad G. Springmeyer

BRAD G. SPRINGMEYER Graveside services for longtime Cahone resident Brad G. Springmeyer will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, January 7 at the Cahone Cemetery. Visitation has been scheduled for Wednesday afternoon from 3 to 5 p.m. at Ertel Chapel. Brad was born the son of Guy and Betty (Zimmerman) Springmeyer on March 17, 1958 in Phoenix, Ariz. He passed away at his home in Cahone on Saturday, January 2, 2010 at the age of 51. On March 22, 1981 Brad married Vickie Sue Lynn in Cahone. Brad was a life member of the North American Hunting Club; he also enjoyed building hot rods, and hunting and camping. Surviving Brad are his wife of 28 years, Vickie Springmeyer of Cahone; sisters, Dawn Merritt of Craig, Colo., Karen Coats of Tollohoma, Tenn., Bridget Powell of Phoenix, Ariz., Guyrene Bogner of Moab, Utah, Beverly Wright of Phoenix, Ariz., Pam Myers of Cahone, Colo. and Diane Owsley of Litchfield Park, Ariz.; and by his nieces and nephews, Melanie Merritt, Justin Merritt, Cliff Springmeyer and Misty Springmeyer. Preceding Brad in death were his father; and his brother, Bruce Springmeyer. A potluck will be held at the Cahone Recreation Center at 3 p.m. following the interment services. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Brad Springmeyer at the Community Bank of the Rockies, Dove Creek Branch.
