BOBBY RAY GOFORTH Graveside services for lifelong area resident Bobby Ray Goforth will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, October 25 at Peel Cemetery. Pastor Travis Randolph will officiate. Bobby was born on March 3, 1934 in Dove Creek, Colo. the son of Gay Newman and Lydia Merial (Hicks) Goforth. He passed away on Monday, October 20, 2008 at Vista Grande Inn at the age of 74. Bobby was a friendly person who loved visiting with friends and family. He enjoyed watching television and eating snacks. Surviving Bobby are his brother, Bill G. Goforth and wife, Vera of Dove Creek; and his brother-in-law, Gerald Randolph of Naturita, Colo. He was preceded in death by his parents; and his sister, Alma E. Goforth Randolph.
